that’s the numbers of days we have to get our house in order…the listing goes live then!
we went back and forth on renting vs. selling and the pros to sell, definitely, outweighed renting.
– we would be mortgage free
– rentals can sometimes be a headache (we had one years ago)
– market is hot
– we would beat the sellers rush come january
– selling would produce a nice return
– oh, did i mention we would be mortgage free?
we spent a couple hours with anjo foster, with home smart! talking through the process, dates and the terence-to-do list.
we decided to go live on 12/11. that’s 24 days to sell, store and donate our stuff.
it’s going to be crazy over the next couple months!
now we need to find one of these!
