We survived our first official day/night in our tiny home on wheels. It was one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time and waking up to the sunrise on the lake was pretty amazing.
I was surprisingly impressed with how quiet and decent this RV resort is. Most the folks here fall under the grandma/grandpa status, a lot of them are posted here full-time and I wouldn’t mind doing the same but I think a week will be more than enough!
We are getting close to being fully situated in the van…need to get the fridge stocked, pantry filled, get Tara moved in and the water hooked up. Had a tough time trying to figure out the water and sewer hookups. The easiest was hooking up to shore power, wish I could say the same for the other two. Had the water going for a moment but there seems to be an overflow valve open somewhere and flowing out from under the rig. Hoping to get it going by today, if not, oh well, we’ll figure it out. In the meantime, the bathroom and showers here are great, super clean.
Cheers to almost 100%!
